 This Knights Armament Standalone Navy Seal Mount w/Colt 40mm M203 (registered DD) from Armament Services International Inc. should give you some ideas for 37mm under-barrel launchers.
 This is a Knights Armament Navy Seal Standalone unit with QD 9" SOPMOD 40mm Grenade Launcher also made by Knights. Sling is also QD and can be attached to various points on the standalone. With a twist the rubber buttpad extends into a full stock. Thanks to Destiny for this pic and info.

 This is a very nice looking Ruger Mini14 with a 37mm launcher and folding stock.

 This is a saweet Pre-Ban Olympic Arms AR15 with a Cobray launcher.
 There's a story to this launcher. From the owner: "Here is another one of my launchers I dug up... Yes I really dug it up out of the ground in 1977 out of a field where they had built a school. This just goes to show at one time there was a little common sence outthere.. I dug the gun up, took it back into school & asked my gym teacher 'If I find something out in the field can I keep it' His answer- 'What is it' I then Replyed 'An old rusty flare gun' Answer..'Sure, no problem, just put it in a bag' Needless to say, I still have the gun. 37mm Smooth bore - Weight just over 2 lbs at 33 1/2oz. Marked 'US Property Pistol - Pyrotechnic M-8' Made By 'M.S.W.C.'
Construction is stamped sheet steel, parkerized with aluminum back strap and black checkered plastic grips. It has a built in ejector for when you open the barrel. This barrel has lugs so it can be locked into an airplane firing port for discharge. These guns are Very Rare on the 'Used Public' market, I have only ever seen 1 unit up for sale for $145.00. The same model flare gun also has some T.V. Time. It was used on Gilligans Island episode #3 'Voodoo Something Too Me.' The Skipper & Gilligan both fired the gun in this episode."
